Couple counselling is offered face to face. Online and telephone counselling is offered to remote areas or those with special needs.
What is couple counselling?
Couple counseling involves a couple meeting a counsellor to discuss how they feel about each other and any other issues, thoughts, feelings or behaviours that are causing the couple challenges or difficulties
Each session will run for 50 minutes.
Length of therapy is individual and may be a single session to weekly for weeks or months.
Couples will attend together.
The therapist will obtain a history of your relationship and identify how you want the relationship to be

Strengths will be identified
The therapist may challenge the couple to think and relate in a different way
The therapist will provide feedback
Homework may be provided and the therapist will check ad review this regularly
