Moi Clinic can assist with your application for an NDIS plan. We provide reports and work with you to manage an upcoming review or to develop a new plan.

Moi Clinic will provide guidance on making phone calls to NDIS and booking appointments. We work with you to gather the appropriate documentation, explore your needs and discuss how these can be addressed under the current NDIS system. We provide education on how the NDIS operates, how you can access funds and will give guidance on plan management and plan usage.

Developing a plan with you will take a minimum of 2 hours. We will explore your child and families needs and gather information. A report is written for NDIS which can take between two to four hours depending on the complexity of the report. Following this an appointment is recommended to discuss the report and highlight important information to be taken to your plan manager at NDIS. Individuals who are already accessing NDIS and are seeing to engage a professional at Moi Clinic will be provided with a yearly NDIS review. This review is a progress report and explores each client's individual needs for the upcoming year. The report takes two hours to write followed by an hour session to discuss the report and prepare for the upcoming NDIS review.
